Some good features, however another tractor is needed to un-stack and position a new bale.

Removing the sleeves is not as simple as it looks, You need a spanner and the nut and washer have to be un screwed with it all the way down the thread as it is a nylock nut. The nuts and washers then have to be put back again with the spanner or put somewhere to prevent them being lost. This all has to be repeated when the sleeves are replaced. A simple solution to this is to grind a flat on the heavy washer to allow the flange on the sleeve to pass it. The nut then only needs to be loosened for the washer to be rotated and the sleeve removed. Using an additional spring washer would make the operation even simpler as the heavy washer could be turned by hand without the need for a spanner. How about that for an idea McHale?

Those chains don't stay clean after about a dozen bales. Why on earth don't you design a cover that keeps them clean? It's not rocket science, Vermeer machines do it why don't you?
